'Felix' Lighter
Bond leaves the Fillet of Soul, before being picked up by a CIA man. After getting in his car he gets to talk to Felix Lieter via the cigarette lighter which doubles as a telephone / walkie talkie gizmo.
Bond: “A genuine Felix Lighter. Illuminating.”
It was all about the joke, the gadget had been seen before.

Do they still make Cigarette Lighters?
We are told that no-one smokes any more. They do of course, especially the cool kids, as they always have. Everyone does however now know that smoke is bad for you. This is why it almost seems rebellious when a lead character smokes in a film these days, and even when they do, other characters will certainly comment on it.
The famous lighter companies such as Colibri, still make their wares, they just don't sell as many these days. With only specialist retailers selling cigarette lighters, the best place to find them will be auction sites or Amazon.
