Mousetrap
Okay, it looks like a bit more sophisticated than a mousetrap, but that folks is exactly what it is – the opening scene sees a random henchman stick his hand into Bonds shoulder holster to retrieve 007’s Walther PPK, but instead his hand comes out dripping with blood and trapped in some sort of medieval version of a humble mousetrap.
It is of course hard to work out how this is viable:
How does Bond avoid the finger trapper?
Where would it have been – attached to the holster?
In the holster?
Part of the holster?
Was it there instead of a gun?
Why would such a device be considered by Q Branch?
It’s a bit joke shop, but it’s still a gadget, however silly it might be.
There are a variety of Mousetraps available.
