Unmanned / Stealth & Surveillance Aircraft

2013 – Saab Skeldar
The Skeldar is a medium-range UAV system that can hover for hours while providing real-time information to a control station. It is fully autonomous and unlike most UAV systems, it is a rotary wing aircraft, which basically emans it looks just like a helicopter. Unlike other UAVs this will enable it to be used without the need for runways and is therefore well equipped for maritime usage.
Will I Get a Go: Unmanned.
Saab Skeldar
2015 – Boeing Phantom Eye
Boeing’s next generation Unmanned Aerial Vehicle will have a liquid hydrogen propulsion system. And as the UAV will be able to carry out aerial reconnaissance and surveillance for up to four days, it will be a lean green spying machine, with only water as output waste. Remarkably, the engines are modified versions of those used in the Ford Fusion motor car. The development programme is expected to lead to an aircraft that will be able to stay in the air for weeks at a time.
Will I Get a Go: It is unmanned.
2015- Sukhoi Zond
The Russian research and development company are currently manufacturing a range of vehicle to fit into a series of UAV.
The Zond-1 will be mainly used for communications relay and low to medium altitudes of up to 18,000 feet.
The Zond-2 will undertake environmental monitoring tasks.
Zond-3 will be smaller and lightweight, but will combine the benefits of both of the other models.
Will I Get a Go: I said unmanned.

2018 – BAe Systems Taranis
A British demonstrator programme for Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle technology, the Taranis is a semi-autonomous unmanned warplane. It will have stealth technology a low RADAR profile and carry a variety of weaponry. It has a projected development cost to the British tax payer of £143m.
Will I Get a Go: Again, I said unmanned.
2018 - Dassault nEUROn
A European consortium headed by French company Dassault Aviation have embarked on an ambitious project to develop an Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle, to rival any scheduled to come out in the near future. The nEUROn will be a lot larger and more advanced than other UAV projects , with ranges, payloads and capabilities that are among those manned fighter aircraft.
Will I Get a Go: What don’t you understand about unmanned.

Alenia Aermacchi M-346 Master
2014 – Airbus A350
Already through its test phases, the Airbus A350 XWB is a family of long-range, twin-engined wide-body jet airliners developed by European company Airbus. It will carry 250 to 350 passengers in a standard three-class seating layout, or maximum seating of 440 to 550 passengers, depending on the variant, of which there will be three. Qatar Airways has already ordered 80 aircraft and by June 2013 Airbus had received orders for 678.
Will I Get a Go: If you fly anywhere during the next decade it is highly likely that you will fly in what will become an industry standard model of long range commercial airliner.
2017 – Irkut MS-21
The Irkut MS-21 will be a series of three twin-engined short and mid-range Russian airliners with a passenger capacity of between 150 and 212. The current designs detail between 10-15% more efficiency than the Airbus and Boeing competition. It will also feature 20% lower operating costs and 15% less fuel consumption. The price is estimated at $25m each.
Will I Get a Go: If, as predicted, the running costs are less than the competition in its class, this could be Russia's most exportable and saleable aircraft to date. Either that, or a very similar aircraft will pop up from a country very near you shortly afterwards. So yes, you probably will get a go.
Irkut MS 21
Don't worry, it will be bigger than this

Remote Control Plane & Camera

With a 5 megapixel camera, this £469 remote control glider with screen will enable you to get great video and pictures. It is probably the best at the job on the market, and you can read more by clicking on the image. I wouldn't bother buzzing it over Iran though, it will be shot down.
