Space Ship

The opening scene of the movie features our first view of space - As in above the earth’s atmosphere.
Yuri Gagarin had checked it out in 1961, and the space race was on. It was 1967, the ‘space race’ was on and in just two years man would walk on the moon.
The comic books, science fiction tales and boys toys all had space elements to them.
YOLT was right on topic.
We can’t however point you in the right direction for rocket ships, although NASA did decommission a Space Shuttle last year – their US office number is: 202 358 0000, if you want to ask how much they cost on the secondary market.
You never know your luck because in 2008, this report appeared in the press:
"Officials at hard-up Nasa have written to museums and other interested parties inviting them to snap up a piece of space history."The asking price covers the cost of making the shuttle safe for display – and £4million postage and packing."
