Sea Vac Drill

Picture
The major part of the Stealth Boat’s kit was a scary looking Sea Drill that featured spinning teeth all over the place.
It was enough to see off the HMS Devonshire pretty sharpish after its container ship was able to sneak up on it without RADAR noticing.
The drill was sent into action like a torpedo before it drilled holes in ships via its three rotating cutting wheels before it was pulled back to the Stealth Boat by an attached cable.
The device is based upon the industrial drill bit designs used for oil drilling or underwater boring.
An actor that has been previously tipped to play James Bond, Gerard Butler, appeared as the "leading Seaman" five minutes after the opening credits, right after the Sea-Vac Drill bores through the hull of the Devonshire. His single line: "Sir, we're now down 14 degrees by the stern."

In our effort to provide alternatives for us all to own, we are a bit stuck with the Sea Vac Drill. So, we will keep it simple and say, there are a variety of domestic tools, drills and drill bits available at B&Q!
