Quantum of Solace Gadgets

Sony Ericsson C902

Picture
A modified Sony Ericsson C902 mobile phone is used when 007 identifies Dominic Green’s associates at the Bregenz Open Air Theatre.
Although it was a thoroughly enjoyable performance of Puccini’s Tosca, they stand up as one and James Bond snaps their photos.
It is a very clever camera, it has a built in identification system that allows photos taken from the side to spin their images around to straight on head shots, before communicating directly with the mainframe at Mi6.
And who should be there?
Mr White.
If 007 had spotted him, he would have known something very fishy was going on.

Next, we have have M, running a bath at home, receiving a call from poor old Tanner, who clearly has to work all the hours...
The identities have been confirmed. Many of them have random Scrabble letter names, and none of them are florists or bakers. Including, “Guy Haines, special envoy to the Prime Minister.”
A quick plot twist features the death of Haines’ bodyguard, for which M presume Bond is guilty, and then restricts his movements, cancelling his credit cards in the process.
